The ski area is famous for its ski areas (more than 180 kilometers of slopes with 32 lifts) and for its famous thermal baths such as the St. Kathrein thermal spa and the Römerbad thermal spa. Comfortable apartment on the second and last floor, very close to the slopes and supermarkets. The Sankt Kathrein thermal baths can be reached with a short 5-minute walk. A double bedroom, a bedroom connected to the double bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra bed, living room with comfortable kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom with shower and outdoor terrace. Possibility to rent, for groups of families or friends, also two other apartments in the same building.The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit. We sell ski passes in winter (also special offers such as Family E ..... and Ski Wellness), and the Carinthia Card in summer
