There is a big terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the upper floor. The private driveway is cleared of snow in winter and parking space is provided. Guests can use the leisure facilities at the nearby main building. Breakfast and half-board are available at a supplementary cost. It has a cosy fireplace lounge, a well—equipped kitchen-diner and a TV corner on the ground floor, as well as a separately accessed apartment. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds. It is a starting point for hikes in Upper Carinthia, for water sports at the famous Carinthian lakes and trips to Italy, South Tyrol and Slovenia. The little holiday village provides all the necessary sports options, such as skiing, cross-country skiing and skating in winter, and golf, tennis, riding, hiking, mountain biking in summer.
