Description
This holiday house is right by the lake Ossiacher See. It is also right at the foot of the Gerlitzen ski resort, and so is not only suitable for a swimming and hiking holiday, but also for a skiing holiday. The ski resort is easy to get to by road or with the cable car from the valley.Apartment in a holiday house with its own boat jetty, right by the lake and below Gerlitzen. The living room provides access to a balcony with a view over the lake. Balcony and garden furniture, a barbecue and a rowing boat are available. The garden is for the exclusive use of holiday guests. The house is on a plot of land of around 400m² with its own jetty.
The spacious apartment with around 90m² of living space is spread over the first and second floor of the house. It provides ample space for four people and has two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, which can also be separated into two single beds (90 x 200cm). The centrepiece of the accommodation is a spacious living room with a sofa corner and satellite TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a dining table for up to four people. There is a bathroom with a shower and a little washing machine, as well as a separate WC. The owner’s apartment is on the ground floor, but is unoccupied during holiday lets. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment on the upper floor and of the garden.
There are shops about a kilometre from the house. All around the lake there are many cycling and hiking paths. Other places of interest are the “Pöllingerhütte” mountain life museum, the Elli Riehl doll museum and the mushroom museum.
Pets are not strictly prohibited, but we would like to point out that although the property is surrounded by a hedge, it is not fenced in and so dogs can easily get out onto the neighbouring plots of land and the road.
