This cosy holiday flat is located in the "Dorf-Mühlbach" district of the well-known Bramberg am Wildkogel - on the sunny side of the valley. The other 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the basement. In winter, you can hop on the free ski bus a short distance from the house, which will take you to the surrounding ski areas of Kitzbühel or Bramberg. You can go hiking, tobogganing and cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. In summer there is plenty to experience, the famous waterfalls of Krimml, the Grossglocknerstrasse and the Gerlos Pass are all in the immediate vicinity.
