This 300 sqm farmhouse is over 200 years old and has been renovated to a high standard. Here, old meets new and there are still many original pieces of furniture in the house. The bedrooms are around 20-25m2 in size, they are all lovingly furnished and have heating panels. One bedroom is on the ground floor and 3 rooms are on the 1st floor. A 4-bed room is above the living room and is heated by the warmth of the living room, which has a tiled stove. There is also a cozy corner bench on the first floor. In the large rustic kitchen there is an old wood stove that is suitable for heating, cooking and baking. Of course, there are also modern electrical appliances such as an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. The corner bench with the beautiful wooden table in the kitchen is very cozy and has space for 10 people. The accommodation also has a bathroom, a second separate toilet and a laundry room as well as a washing machine. The town of Breitenbach am Inn is located near Kufstein and is an ideal starting point for hikes and a refreshing dip in the natural bathing lake. In winter, ski fans get their money's worth in the Wilder Kaiser ski area or the Alpbachtal ski jewel.
