This holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located on the first floor of an authentic house on a hill in Ferlach in Carinthia, directly in the beautiful Bodental at an altitude of about 1100 meters in the sunny south of Austria and only 25 minutes from Klagenfurt and the famous Wörthersee. The fully furnished apartment has a living/dining room, a separate well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and can be reached via an external staircase in the garden. You can use the garden and a very large, covered terrace of about 44 m2. There is also a grill. You can park directly at the house. Ferlach is located in the Carnica Region Rosental. The well-known Meerauge nature reserve is on the doorstep, and there are also many hiking routes in Ferlach and the surrounding area. In winter it is possible to go on a ski tour from the house. As a winter sports enthusiast, you can also use the small family ski area Bodental-Unterbergen with 2 kilometers of slopes and 4 lifts/cable cars 1.5 km away, which also has a ski school. The idyllic bathing pond in Reßnig is ideal for swimming in summer. In the area you will find the Tscheppaschlucht with a wonderful climbing park. You can also quickly visit Slovenia as part of a day trip. Directly in Ferlach or in Klagenfurt there are enough shops for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
