This apartment complex is located in the centre of Gerlos, between the many restaurants and shops lining the street and directly next to the lift and piste. Located on the top floor of this luxury complex, is a spacious penthouse of no less than 115 m2 which can easily be reached by lift. Inside, there is a lavish living room with well-equipped kitchen. The warmth of wood and the high ceilings invoke appreciation. The house easily accommodates up to 6 people, divided over 3 spacious bedrooms. There are also 3 bathrooms, one of which has a private sauna. There are up to 2 parking spots available in the parking garage under the complex. If guests have more than 2 cars, they can be parked elsewhere in the village (possibly against payment). Guests have access from multiple sides to the very spacious covered terraces, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the ski piste. In winter, Guests have direct access to the skiing at Zillertal Arena. During the summer, Gerlos is a beautiful holiday destination with many walking and mountain biking possibilities. Guests can also visit many sights in both Tirol and Salzburgerland.
