This spacious, comfortable holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the 2nd floor of a holiday home in the mountaineering village of Huettschlag in Salzburgerland, near the Großarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The apartment offers a comfortably furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed), a large bathroom, a washing machine, 2 balconies and a sun lounger/solarium. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer as well as a gym in the basement and a garage space in the house. Due to its location in the valley, this apartment is easily accessible all year round. Behind the house there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, as there is a cross-country ski trail there, part of a cross-country ski trail with 44 kilometers of trails. In winter, the ski bus to the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area with 17 lifts and 73 km of perfectly groomed slopes stops almost in front of the apartment (45 m), and it is 7 km by car. The Alpendorf ski area in St. Johann im Pongau is highly recommended, with direct access to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes. For ski beginners, the small Hahnbaum ski area near the town center of St. Johann im Pongau with 7 kilometers of slopes is ideal. In summer, Grossarl has a swimming pool, mini golf and an adventure park for the children. Lake Goldegg in the beautiful town of Goldegg am See near St. Johann im Pongau provides swimming fun in summer.
