It is in a quiet and sunny location and is located directly on the ski slopes and a short distance from the town center of Innerkrems. The location at an altitude of 1600 m is a guarantee of snow and healthy air. The spacious holiday home includes the ground floor, first floor, basement and garden. The furnishings are typically Austrian. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment for 3 people with a kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is accessible from the outside. On the 1st floor there are 5 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms have a balcony. You also have a sauna, hot tub, ski storage room, washing machine and dryer at your disposal. You can park directly at the house. The Innerkrems nature area, a diverse hiking area in the Spittal an der Drau district, is located in the Nockberge at an altitude of 1,550 to 2,200 meters. The Innerkrems - Kremsbrücke family ski area offers 36 kilometers of slopes and 9 lifts. There are 2 ski areas in the immediate vicinity: the Schönfeld and Katschberg ski areas.
