With its two apartments furnished in alpine chic, the house is ideal for two families. A great place to spend a great holiday together! The holiday home is in a quiet but central location, close to various ski areas such as Kitzbühel and Ellmau-Scheffau. A small ski area is located directly in Kirchdorf. The region also offers a wide range of leisure activities in summer, such as numerous hiking and mountain bike routes or wellness in the Kaiserquell. A wide range of shops can be found in the vicinity (3km). The two comfortably furnished apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, have 2 well-equipped kitchens with modern appliances. The other rooms and bathrooms are also contemporary, elegant and modern. The beautiful garden with barbecue and balcony with bar invite you to linger. There is also a table tennis table, an underground parking space and parking facilities at the house. To get your holiday off to a flying start, a starter pack of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, sugar, salt and spices awaits you upon arrival.

We have designed the holiday chalet with much effort and attention to detail. We hope that you will find your perfect holiday in this stunning location.

The holiday chalet consists of two apartments. Each apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (a total of 12 beds), a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. Additionally there is an underground parking space for your car. In addition, there is a public parking lot about 200 meters away. ??

??In winter you will find many large ski resorts such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau nearby, which can easily be reached by ski bus. The ski bus leaves from the main street on the corner of Café Hautz. Alternatively, just open the front door to find a cross-country ski run.

??In summer the fantastic mountains invite you to go hiking. Directly in front of our apartment "Jäger" you can start to the impressive Kaiserbachtal and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more relaxed pastime we recommend a visit to the cheese dairy "Wilder Käser", just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Fishing fun for the whole family is provided by the fishponds "Quellfisch" in nearby Schwendt. Shopping fun you can find at the high-end boutiques in Kitzbühel.
