Location:
The cottage is located at the bottom of the Lachtal (=valley), on a 3 hectare mountain pasture, with a big fish pond, in a secluded area.

Distances:
The skiing region Lachtal is reachable (at good snow conditions) on skis via a ski route (1km) or by car (also 1km). Shopping facilities and guesthouses are also just 1km from here. The town Oberwölz is 15km from here. Cross-country close by, toboggan run 2km, swimming lake 5km. Radon galleries for asthmatics in 15km. Perfect starting point for hikes and bicycle tours through the Lachtal area.

Equippment:
Ground floor: the cottage with local flavour consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, lounge, radio, satellite TV. 1 four-bed room. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Upper floor: 3 double rooms, one of them with 2 additional beds if required. 1 toilet. The fully automatic electric heating provides a cozy and warm atmosphere round-the-clock, beyond that there is also a wood stove (firewood is for free) which supplies a crackling ambience. Hot water boiler. In front of the hut are seats and a barbecue. Please bring along your own bed linen and towels.
