This detached holiday home for a maximum of 14 people is located in the holiday resort of Leogang in Salzburgerland, directly in the famous Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area. The holiday home is a semi-detached house (right part), which is divided into two modern holiday apartments. The holiday apartment on the ground floor has a living room with a wood-burning stove, sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement there is a second bedroom with a bathroom. The holiday apartment on the first floor has a living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the balcony, an open, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds) and a bathroom. In the basement there is a washing machine and a sauna. You share the house's ski storage room with other guests who live in the left part of the house. The holiday resort of Leogang is surrounded by the Leogang Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, a good starting point for an active holiday in Pinzgau and offers plenty of outdoor activities. In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the well-known Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with a total of 270 kilometers of slopes. Alternatively, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See offers 77 kilometers of slopes and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area over 60 kilometers of slopes. In the Saalfelden - Leogang region, there are 3 outdoor pools in summer for lots of bathing fun: the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden, the Sonnrain leisure complex in Leogang and the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Directly in the town or in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants.
