Location:
3 km above the village of St. Michael im Lungau, in the Southern part of Salzburg, with expansive views, very sunny and peaceful. In front of the house is a big garden with playground equipment and a sandpit, just perfect for children!

Distances:
The skiing area can be reached by car within 3km or at good snow condition you can return to the house via a deep snow downhill run (1km to the slope). Natur toboggan run in 7 km, skiing area Obertauern (snow guarantee until May) is reachable in 30 minutes by car. The next town with shops, inn, swimming pool, tennis, etc is just 3km away. Hiking trails start directly in front of the cottage. Wonderful area for mushrooms and ski touring!

Equippment:
The farmhouse is constantly being renovated and is perfectly equipped for self-catering groups. Ground floor: snuggery with lounge next to the tiled stove, satellite TV, CD player, bar with beer dispenser (only for barrels belonging to the establishment). Perfect equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer compartment. Beverages available on reservation. 2 toilets. Back entrance to the ski depot with ski boot dryer, wardrobe. The ground floor is perfect for families: 1 double room, 1 three-bed room with shared shower/toilet, 2 double rooms with shared shower/toilet. 1st floor: double room with shower/toilet, 2 three-bed rooms with (1 with additional sofa-bed), 1 four-bed room (with additional sofa-bed if needed), 1 bathroom/shower/toilet at the corridor. 2nd floor: 2 double rooms with shower/toilet, 1 five-bed room with shower/toilet and 1 toilet at the corridor. Central heating, Underfloor heating at the ground floor. The beds are 2 meter long. Wi-Fi available. Via the connection corridor you reach the new wellness area (at the side of the house) with panoramic sauna, shower/toilet and a terrace with sun lounger and a natural stone pool with spring water! Enjoy the view to the valley and also to St. Michael. There is also a barbecue grill and a playground at the garden. On request: pick-up service of the ski school for the children!
