It has its own guest parking area with a car port, a ski basement and a bicycle garage. You can share use of the garden and the terrace with garden furniture. It is just five minutes to the Pinzgau cross-country skiing trail and many ski resorts such as the Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel, Kitzbühel and Zell am See/Kaprun are within 30 minutes.
