Description

This is a carefully restored villa with its own piety column and a park-like, big garden with mature trees and a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. As soon as you enter the house you will be overwhelmed by its traditional charm. Local materials were brought together to create an atmospheric overall composition, combining a modern design and quality, traditional materials. The special flair of the villa, which once housed a pharmacy, is very relaxing. Everything soothes the senses and the spirit, relaxes the eyes and the body. The luxury interior is characterised by care, quality, attention to detail, style and peacefulness. Modern apartment for five people The highest quality materials, such as oiled oak wood, natural fabrics solid oak furniture and quality branded mattresses with slatted frames, await you in your apartment. The big living room (around 25m²) has a quality sofa bed (160cmwide), a relaxation chair made by Brühl, an oak table and oak chairs, and a fully-equipped Siemens kitchen with built-in appliances (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave with a grill function, a fridge and freezer compartment), as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a mixer. The living room also provides a flatscreen LED TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with an iPhone or iPad docking station (adaptor for iPhone5), and a wireless Internet router. Unlimited, free Internet access is available. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) with quality mattresses and a slatted frame, and a single bed (90 x 200cm), and cotton bed line for a good night’s sleep. It is also furnished with oak cupboards, a flatscreen LED TV and a desk. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, toilet paper, a washbasin on granite, drawers, hand towels and bath towels. Each room has three beautiful, renovated arched windows, affording a fabulous view of the surrounding mountain world and the garden. The entrance area has space for coats and shoes. The ground floor of the newly renovated villa has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a vacuum cleaner. You can have breakfast in the stylish garden next to the beautiful piety column, with a view of the local mountain, Dobratsch, after buying fresh bread at the organic bakery just opposite. Every guest has seating and a lounger in the garden. You can enjoy a grill evening whenever you like. You can cool off at the spring in front of the villa or fill your water bottle with pure mountain water for the next cycle tour. There is bicycle hire by the fitness centre about 100 metres away. There is parking space or a lockable storage room for bicycles. You can park your car on site in front of the villa and in winter you can store skis and ski boots in the cellar. The bakery opposite used to be a beautiful villa, which was bombed in the Second World War and then rebuilt, owned by a family that brought forth the local famous painter Wiegele. About 15 years ago part of the villa was converted into the Museum Nötscher Kreis. Nötscher Kreis are the painters Wiegele, Kolig and Mahringer, who have left their legacy throughout the area. Just 100 metres from the villa there ist the Zum Nont restaurant, which also has a pizzeria. Right after that there is the Kovsca shop. The locality has hairdressers, grocery shops, a bakery, bank, post office, post bank, doctor, pharmacy, vet, several restaurants and tennis courts, a football ground, riding stables, jogging and hiking trails, cycle paths and pilgrimage routes. If you would like to immerse yourself in the Wörthersee lake, then you have free entry to the beach club in Velden with a free cabin.
