In a very special place, southwest of the well-known Neukirchen am Großvenediger and surrounded by the fresh mountain air, green meadows and beautifully snow-covered white hills, this very luxurious chalet has been built on the sunny slope of the Roßberg. The magnificent chalet has been designed with character. The use of lots of wood, specific details and a perfect finish in combination with the use of high-quality materials ensure a particularly comfortable and luxurious house. You will immediately feel at home. Your chalet, which you of course occupy alone, has three floors. One of the floors is the living floor, which offers an outstanding view with its huge window sections. In addition to a living and dining area with a cosy wood-burning stove, there is a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with up-to-date appliances. The bedrooms, which are spread over the floors, are very cosy and furnished to a high standard. In addition, you have your own private sauna. You can park your car (two stuccoes) in the partly covered parking spaces. The ski lift with practice meadow is within easy walking distance of the chalet and is perfect for families with small children or for beginners. Advanced skiers can be taken to the lift of the magnificent Wildkogel Arena ski area by the free ski bus. With the location right on the slopes, you can ski back to near your chalet if there is enough snow. Would you like to experience something different for once? The skiing areas at Zillertal Arena or Kitzbühel/Kirchberg are only a few minutes away by car.
