The 1st floor has a balcony. The chalet also has a garden with a terrace equipped with stylish garden furniture and a barbecue. In the basement you can relax in your own sauna with relaxation area. There is also a ski storage room. A charging station (11 kW) for charging electric or hybrid cars is available in your private parking lot. Billing is always based on consumption and is calculated separately. The location of the chalet is perfect, sunny due to its south-west orientation, and centrally located in Salzburgerland. The ski bus stop is 300 meters away. In just a few minutes you can be in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 modern cable cars and lifts, over 60 cozy huts and numerous other attractions, or in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area with over 60 kilometers of slopes. Piesendorf offers the Nagelköpfl-Piesendorf ski area, a small family ski area with 2 kilometers of slopes and 3 lifts. In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf offers lots of bathing fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in the town, as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.
