The cottage is located amidst the skiing area Präbichl and next door to the "Zellerhang" and the "Polster Quattro". Very sunny and quiet with a wonderful view onto the mountains and the mountain lake Grübl. The cottage can be reached up to 50m below the cottage by car.

Distances:
The skiing region Präbichl, Polster Quattro chairlift (no operation in summer) next to the cottage. Ski school, rope tow (to practice), illuminated toboggan run nearby. Ski rental at the valley station. 21km long cross-county course which leads to the "Eisenerzer Ramsau" on an altitude of 1.064m is just 10km from here. Indoor swimming pool in 10km. Take the single chairlift up to an altitude of 2.000m in just 11 minutes! Here are numerous marked hiking trails to the region "Hochschwab Süd" and the Eisenerzer Alps. A paradise for paragliders. Styrian Erzberg 8km. The Grübl-mountain lake Präbichl with PADI/CMAS scuba diving school (underwater petting zoo) in 350m offers perfect recreation after hikes or mountain climbs. Shopping possibilities at the towns Vordernberg in 5km and Eisenerz in 8km. Farmed hut in 290m.

The cabin has a snuggery with lounge, wood stove, sofa (if necessary, extendable for 2 persons), satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system with USB/MP3 link. Kitchen with wood stove, oven, electric cooker (ceramic hob), an original "Resch and Frisch Back´s Ofen" (an oven for bread rolls), fridge, coffee machine (Saeco/Lavazza, Caffe Crema). 1 bedroom with double-bunk bed and single bed, 1 shower, 1 toilet. Heating with stove, hot water electrically. In front of the cottage is a sun terrace with a wonderful view! Lawn for sunbathing with a masoned grill. Wide range of wines from the wine-growing estate, local Styrian beer.
