Location:
The cottage is located at the Rauris valley, at the outskirts of the town Bucheben. In a very calm and secluded area, amidst a large plot of land with 3 private fish ponds and grazing donkey, horse and mule. Access to the cottage via a gravel path.

Distances:
Center with a little shop, bakery, guest house in 500m. Horse Riding 1km, Tennis 10km. The area is ideal for hiking or mountain biking to one of the many farmed huts in the national park Hohe Tauern!

Equippment:
Ground floor: parlor with lounge. Kitchenette with wood stove and oven. To do the dishes you have to use cold water or you heat the water with the wood stove. You also heat the cabin with the wood stove. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 3 double beds. Solar electricity (24 volt) to switch on the light, is available. Earth closet 40m from the cabin. In front of the hut is a big garden with 3 fish ponds, seats, sunbeds, a solar shower and a barbecue (please bring charcoal with you). Fishing rod is available.
