Location:
The cottage is located next to a forest glade, about 6km after the town Rettenegg, in a wonderful secluded area. Next door to the cottage is a rivulet. The last 2km you have to drive on a much used forest road, which ends at the cottage.

Distances:
The town Rettenegg with taverns, an indoor swimming pool (only in summer), a supermarket and shops is reachable in 6km. The skiing regions Stuhleck or Semmering are both 20km from here. Perfect starting point for hikes to the Hochwechsel, Stuhleck, Pretul or directly to the town Rettenegg.

Equippment:
Ground floor: big living room with sofa, satellite TV and a dining table. Kitchen with wood stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, bread cutter, egg cooker, toaster. Washing machine, cot and high chair are available. Shower. Toilet. Upper floor: shower, toilet. 2 double rooms, 2 double room with extendable sofa, if required. Living room with sofa (extendable) and satellite TV. Balcony and out-of-doors exit. Wood-fired central heating. Electricity with water power. In front of the cottage is a big garden with playground, seats, a barbecue and 2 fish ponds (fishing just for a fee).
