In the cozy village of Viehhofen, just before the famous Saalbach Hinterglemm, this beautiful chalet, completely renovated in 2016, is located on a sunny slope. This attractive and spacious holiday home is situated in the annex of this Chalet (left), so there is plenty of privacy. It has 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 7 people. It is perfect for big families and groups. Due to its location just above the village, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and the view is fantastic. The location is optimal for winter and summer holidays. The ski bus stop is located right at the bottom of the (slightly sloping) access road, which takes you to the beautiful Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area in a few minutes. In the summer there are plenty of recreational opportunities such as mountain biking, hiking or highly recommended: wonderful rafting. The Zell am See lake is nearby and provides wonderful cooling on very hot days. A lift will go directly from Viehhofen to the ski area of Zell am See. As a result, Viehhofen is connected to the Zell am See ski area by a lift on the one hand, and connected to Saalbach-Hinterglemm on the other hand via a descent from the ski area (the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area are easily reached with the free ski bus). Ski buses are expected to go to both ski areas. The luxuriously furnished living room can be used both as a living room and as a bedroom. A sliding wall can close off the whole and an ingenious system allows the sofa to be converted into 3 comfortable sleeping places. Your holiday home is on the ground floor, but due to its location on a slope you reach the entrance via a staircase. The open kitchen has a separate dining area and is equipped with all modern appliances, you also have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
