Location:
Located about 500 m above the world championship town Schladming, amidst the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein and amidst the skiing region "Ski amadé" which possesses Austria´s biggest slope- and ski lift offer (760 km slopes and 270 ski lifts). The cabin village was established on an area of 22.000 m² and consists of 10 comfortable cottages for up to 24 persons (SKI-STM) and 1 apartment (APT-STM) on the upper floor of the "reception house" for up to 12 persons. On the ground floor of the "reception house" is a shop (open at the peak sesons), providing beverages, pastries, pizzas, food, cigarettes and internet connection. Bread roll service!

Distances:
The town Schladming with its excellent gastronomical offers, pubs, après-ski, shops and a bakery is just 500 m from here. The slope bypasses the cottages directly, 300 m ski-run until you reach the ski lifts "Planai West" or the chairlift (Hochwurzen). There is a 300 m² big swimming lake and a small playground. Wonderful hiking- and mountainbiking routes right in front of your doorstep, a golf course is 6 km and white-water rafting possibilities are 3 km from here. Ski school 300 m! Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site! Laadstation voor uw elektrische auto (22kw, type 2) op locatie!

Equippment:
You live on the upper floor of the main house. The shop on the ground floor mostly has open during the peak seasons from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The remaining time you are completely alone at the house. The luxurious apartment consists of 3 bedrooms each for 2-4 persons. Every bedroom has double bed and an extendable sofa (160x200cm). 1 bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet. 1 toilet apart. Commodious living room with balcony, lounge, satellite TV, a perfectly equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, fridge with small freezing compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster and a microwave. Beer dispenser (for those beer barrels that are available on site). DVD-CD player, Wi-Fi and a heated boot dryer are available. A high chair and a cot are available, if required. We ask you to do not smoke inside the apartment.

Electricity according to the consumption ? 0,50/kWh, local tourism tax ? 2,50 + operating costs currently ? 1,-/person/night, final cleaning ? 150,-. Deposit ? 800,-. Bed linen can be rented for ? 8,-/set, towels for ? 4,-/set.
