This pleasant, sunny and spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in De Panne is located a stone's throw from the sea and right next to the dunes. If you like lots of space, open views and peace, this apartment is ideal for you and your family. The popular Esplanade Leopold I with its many tea rooms and restaurants, De Panne's beautiful sea wall, surf club and sand yacht club are all within a 5-minute walk of this well-equipped apartment. Layout On the 2nd floor(*): Entrance hall, toilet, open living/dining room and kitchen with beautiful views of the sea and the dunes from every window with balcony. Digital TV and WiFi are of course available. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob/induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, Nespresso coffee maker and percolator, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, juicer, blender. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite shower room on this level and a south-east facing balcony with 2 sun loungers. 3rd floor: You reach the other 2 bedrooms via the stairs in the living room.
