Sunny duplex apartment, 700m from the sea, quietly located in the center of Koksijde, near shops, restaurants and cinema. The flat is very well equipped with digital TV, wifi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. The location of the house is ideal for cycling and nature walks. There is also a playground nearby. A real gem in our offer, which we recommend wholeheartedly. Pets and smoking are not allowed.CompositionOn the 3rd floor is the hall, 1 toilet, separate well-equipped kitchen with table and access to the balcony at the rear (sun in the morning), the living room with sofa/sofa bed and dining table + seats at the front (sun in the afternoon). In front of the front balcony is a bistro table and two chairs. In the living room is the staircase that takes you to the first floor. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bath and double sink, a toilet separated from the bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom.
