Nice apartment close to the sea and center

House:
This is a cosy and sunny two-room apartment with side sea views in the centre of St. Idesbald. This is a perfect location to stay with children. There is a nice balcony where you can sit and relax admiring the wonderful surroundings. You don't have to cross the street with the tram to go to the sea, it is within walking distance. The supermarket, bakers, butchers, fishmongers, and restaurants are a stone's throw from the apartment. Additionally, there are many other tourist attractions worth a visit. Through the entrance hall, you enter the sunny and cozy living room with access to the balcony with sea views, an open kitchen with an electric hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a bath with a shower wall and two sinks. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. At the back are the 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
