The apartment has a front balcony, which enjoys sunlight after noon, and a rear terrace of approximately 5 m², sunny until noon, providing a perfect space for relaxation. The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and there are no bunk beds to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment. Ideally situated, the apartment is just a short walk from the beach and sea, making it a great choice for beachgoers.
