This luxury apartment with sea view is located in a building complex and in a peaceful area. The building has a large saltwater pool (40 m2) for all the guests in the house to use. On the ground floor of the building guests can rest on deckchairs next to the pool. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a private parking behind the building. There is also a large pebble beach in the immediate vicinity, and a great restaurant just across the street, which also offers a selection of local specialties. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it has two bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly equipped with three A/C units and three Smart TVs with satellite programs (in the living room and bedrooms). Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has an induction hob with all necessary dishes, a fridge with a separate freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet and another bathroom with just a toilet and sink. The apartment has a balcony (11 m2) with outdoor furniture and a sea view.
