The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor, accessed up outdoor stairs with fifteen steps. The bedroom opens onto a 5m² balcony, affording a wonderful view over the rooftops as far as the sea. The private parking space belonging to the apartment is 80 metres from the house, outside of the traffic-free old town. The renovated 55m² apartment can accommodate up to four people. It is decorated in a traditional, rustic style and evokes the long history of the house and the generations who lived here. The lower floor has a spacious, air-conditioned living room-kitchen with a sofa, dining table and cooking space, as well as a bathroom with a bath and a shower attachment, a WC and hairdryer.
