The tourist resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches is located approximately 15 km from the villa. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycle/hiking trail is also nearby. Villa Una has 250 square meters of living space which extends on 2 floors,and can accommodate 8 persons. Through the main entrance of the villa you can reach the large living room with access to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and garden, a kitchen with dining table and direct access to a covered terrace with dining table. There are also 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, as well as a bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and balcony. This bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
