The holiday bungalow is located at the edge of the pine forest, in a quiet part of the village of Banjole. House is close to the beach just 70 m away from the house. Everything is nearby, so once you came to the house you can park your car and relax.Fully detached, modern furnished holiday bungalow with a private sea view garden (500 m2), less than 100 m from the sea, ideal for people who like privacy A highlight is the garden that extends to 600m² and is full of palm trees, oleanders, lavender, rosmary and flowers. It is also equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture (sunshade and two garden loungers). And right in front of the bungalow you find a sunny terace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a view of the garden and the sea. Parking place is on the house court. The living space is about 65 m² in size. The bungalow can accommodate up to five persons. It consists of a living room with a dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a modern shower bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The sofa in the living room can be folded out to another double bed plus there is a single bed and a dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a dining table. The bungalow is air conditioned. The beach is only about 70 meters away. There is a nice pine forest with a promenade along the sea, ideal for walking around. Close to the beach are pine trees so you have natural shade if you like it. Also, there are a lot of small natural rocky beaches with not a lot of people where you can enjoy the peace and green nature. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.
