This spacious holiday house is in the tranquil little village of Kostelj, near the popular holiday town of Crikvenica. It has a private, furnished balcony of 7m², a furnished terrace of 50m² with a barbecue, and a private pool (20m²). There are parasols and deckchairs and a practical outdoor shower. There are two parking spaces available on site. The 150m² renovated holiday house provides plenty of space for 6 people. On the ground floor there are a bedroom with a double bed and a big living room, comprising a comfortable sitting area with a big corner sofa and satellite TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space. The first floor has two further bedrooms with a double bed each, and a large bathroom with a bath, washbasin, WC, bathroom furniture and a washing machine. The house has wireless Internet access and air conditioning. The region is known for its long sandy and pebbled beaches. It is about four to five kilometres to the nearest beach. The holiday town of Crikvenica five kilometres away offers many beautiful sandy beaches, as well as a wide range of sports, culture and entertainment. All around the centre there little discos for those who enjoy nightlife. You should also plan a beautiful boat trip to the neighbouring islands.
