It provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in the hall and in the first bedroom. It has an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, three bedrooms, a spacious daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living room provides a cream-coloured sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, and a dining table with six chairs. The white, glossy built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with all the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, mixer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, two have a big double bed and one has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be pushed together as a double bed. One of the double bedrooms also has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
