The two-storey holiday home, built in 2015, is located in the popular resort of Dramlj, which has merged with Crikvenica. It is close to the manageable center of Dramalj. The place is ideal for a relaxing family vacations, but also active vacationers or water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth on site.Spacious holiday home with a communal pool, terraces and a small play area, ideal for a relaxing family holiday on the Crikvenica Riviera In front of the first bedroom there is a beautiful, covered balcony, which is furnished with a table and garden chairs. On the ground floor in front of the living room there is a covered terrace with garden furniture and the younger guests can look forward to another terrace with a children's playground. On request, an electric grill can also be rented per week (for a fee) (not mandatory). The house also has a private pool in the yard where you can enjoy your free time. Use of the pool is possible from June 15, 2019 until the end of the summer season. There are two parking spaces at the house. The holiday home has a living area of ??120 m² and can accommodate up to six people. It is tastefully decorated in friendly colors. The ground floor has a bathroom and a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. In the living room there is a sitting area with satellite TV and two comfortable sofa beds (180 x 200 cm) for two people each. The dining area next to it offers space for eight people. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The three bedrooms are upstairs. The first and second rooms each have a double bed (140 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). From the 2nd bedroom you get to the third bedroom with a bunk bed with two beds (90 x 200 cm), which are also suitable for adults. The upper bathroom is also equipped with a shower and toilet. There are two air conditioners in the house, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with a balcony. In addition, the house has a free wireless Internet connection, which also works about 50 meters outside. 850 metres from the house there is a beach and there is a sandy beach about 1950 metres away. The centre of Dramalj is very small, but has a little grocery shop, a church and a restaurant, where you can have lunch. It is only a 70-metre walk to the centre and there are cafés and further restaurants by the sea, about 700 to 850 metres from the house.
