Description
The big advantage of this comfortable holiday apartment is the great location near the beach and the centre, with a lovely view of the old town of Dubrovnik, the island of Lokrum and the sea. It is in a building with just six apartments and all the rooms look out towards the sea. The apartment is ideal for guests who would like to combine the beach with culture on their holiday.
The house does not have its own parking spaces. Cars can be parked on the street (payable), but parking spaces are hard to find.
The 77m² apartment can accommodate four people and has a big living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment enjoys plenty of light and sun, due to the big window in the living room, which also affords a great view. The living room is furnished with a big corner sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. There is a dining table for four people in front of the big wall cupboard. A TV and a DVD player are also provided. The renovated kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment, also has another dining space for four people. Next to the kitchen there is a winter garden with a sofa. The two bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 190cm) and two single beds (90 x 190cm), as well as wardrobes. The tiled bathroom provides a bath, WC and washing machine. There is also a separate guest toilet. The living room has air conditioning and heating. Free Internet access is available.
It is just 80 metres from the apartment to the popular Banje beach, where you can enjoy sports activities such as jetskiing and paragliding. There are also catering services. It is just 50 metres to a little grocery shop, where you can go shopping, and a little café where you can have a coffee in the morning if you like. It is only 400 metres to the old town or a five-minute walk. On the way you can find car rental services, restaurants and tour agencies. The old town will amaze you, with many museums, shops, restaurants and so on.
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users.
