Modern apartments on the upper floor with a balcony and sea view
These apartments are in the beautiful locality of Duce, just two kilometres from the town of Omiš. Duce is known for its four-kilometre-long sandy beach with crystal clear sea.
The apartments flooded with sunlight are on the upper floor of a family house. All the apartments measure 35m² and are ideal for up to four people.
All the apartments have a balcony with a sea view and feature elegant furniture. The garden has a grill, a table and garden furniture.
The apartments are very quietly situated, although the beach is just a two-minute walk away. Cafés, restaurants and shops are just 200 metres from the accommodation.
The apartment consists of an air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The latter has a double bed (160 x 200cm). The new kitchen has a two-ring hob, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need. The living room provides a pull-out sofa bed (150 x 200cm, for two people) and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom has modern tiling and comprises a shower and WC. Internet access is available throughout the apartment. The balcony affords a great view of the surroundings and the sea.
