The villa consists of two spacious floors. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with modern and new machines, directly connected to the living room. There is a living room with large sofas and 4 double bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each. All rooms are comfortable. There are 3 spacious bathrooms with a shower, and an additional guest toilet. On the first floor there is also a large area that serves as a living/entertainment area. There are cozy sofas that can be converted into sofa beds for two more guests. There is a large open terrace overlooking the surroundings and is the perfect place for a glass of wine at sunset. Inside there is a large pool table where you can test your skills (and luck) with friends and family. The villa offers Wi-Fi, 2 large Smart TV’s, a powerful air conditioner and enough space for parking up to 10 cars. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor lead directly to the large terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is close to the private and large pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. The pool area has sun loungers where you can relax in the shade of the parasols. There is also an outdoor dining area if you decide to dine al fresco. There is a barbecue and barbecue area for those who want to cook under the stars. Playground for the children with trampoline, slide and swing, so even the smallest can enjoy their holiday in every way.
