It has 145m2 of living space , with two separate residential units, which makes it an ideal choice for two families. The first unit is spread over two floors and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet on the 1st floor. The second residential unit consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet, all on the ground floor.
