Three holiday apartments just a few steps from the crystal clear sea in a traditional stone house recently (2010) converted into holiday accommodation, with a private boat jetty
These three holiday apartments enjoy an exclusive location just a stone’s throw from the sea, nestled into the green Karbuni bay on the south side of the sunny island of Korcula. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday here with plenty of sea, sunshine, nature and Croatian hospitality, far away from tourist noise.
The authentic, two-storey stone house from the year 1999 was converted into three separate holiday apartments just recently in 2010, providing all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable holiday. They each have a separate entrance, so privacy is ensured.
Wide stone stairs lead straight down to the private boat jetty belonging to the stone house, where you can sit and dip your legs in the crystal clear water. There is a convenient outdoor shower. A few steps to the left take you to the wide, quiet pebbled beach, where you can hire kayaks. A car is recommended for getting around and you can find secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
The owner offers a regional lunch free of charge as a little welcome gesture. A guided boat tour to the nearby islands is also included in the rental price. If you enjoy it then you can arrange further boat trips for a fee. Your pet is welcome.
The stone house is about 7km from the centre of the little town of Veli Zaglav with its shops, colourful markets, a bank, post office, pharmacy, Internet cafe, tennis court, good gastronomy and a romantic harbour.
The 85m² holiday apartment on the first floor consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a dining table with four chairs and right next to it there is the kitchen with a four-zone electric stove with an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of the bedrooms also has a folding bed, for two children. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The living room opens directly onto your private balcony with a table and chairs. You can enjoy leisurely meals here with a view over the sea at sunrise and sunset.
