The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160cm wide). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, which also has free Internet access and satellite TV. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, providing everything you need for cooking. There is a dining table for six people. The apartment has two free air conditioning units, one in the living room near the first bedroom, the second in the dining space near the second bedroom. It is only 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop. It is two kilometres to the nearest supermarket. You can ride or play tennis nearby, the tennis court is just 500 metres from the house. It is also possible to hire bicycles and explore the surroundings on the cycle paths. You can swim at the nearby beach. There is a washing machine available for use in the owner’s apartment. There is also a communal room with two sofas and a TV, as well as a 50m² party room with furniture.
