Description

Lokvicici is a municipality near Imotski. They are located at an altitude of 600–700 m, and is influenced by the sub-Mediterranean and mountain climate, as evidenced by the nearby town of Imotski, which is host to a much warmer climate. It is a quiet and peaceful place and at the same time very close to bigger cities like Imotski, Makarska on the coast with beautiful beaches, Split with its Diocelatian's Palace (53km) or even historical Mostar (60km). This newly renovated rural house is located in dalmatian hinterland, only 10min from the city of Imotski. Experience the charm of traditional dalmatian village surrounded by beautiful green scenery, mountains and lakes. To enjoy the sea and beaches on the coast it takes you only 20-30min drive, as well as to make short trips to visit coastal cities like Split or Omiš. The house with its cozy interior can accommodate 5 +1 people and has two sleeping rooms, a bathroom and an open space living and dining area with the kitchen. One sleeping room has a double bed and the second sleeping room has a double bed and a single bed. Living room with a pull out sofa (for 1 person ) and a kitchen with a dining table. Outside of the house offers big space for you to enjoy the sunny weather and the nature. After refreshing yourself in the swimming pool, there are lounge chairs to enjoy and soak up the sun. There is grill/barbecue with wood to use and an outside dining table to enjoy your meals. In front of the house there is a free parking space for the car and two bicycles for you to use. The house is located in Lokvicici, near the city of Imotski. The supermarket 'Tommy' is only 3km from the house, as well as the first coffee bar. Bigger supermarket 'Konzum' and 'Lidl' is 9km away. Restaurant 'Zdilar' and 'Gurman' are 7-9km.
