These two modern villas, Villa Bavigo and Villa Pieron, near Pula are perfect for a private and comfortable holiday. They are only connected by the back wall and can be rented individually or together, making them ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Both villas offer luxurious accommodation with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area features a private pool with waterfall, a cozy dining area, a barbecue and a summer kitchen. For additional entertainment, table tennis and table football are available. On the first floor of each villa there is a living room with access to the terrace, a double bedroom and bathroom, while the second floor includes three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the terrace. The wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna is also located on this floor, allowing you to completely relax during your stay. Each villa is air-conditioned and suitable for up to eight people, while both villas together can accommodate up to 16 guests. The yard has a private pool, sun loungers, parasols and a covered terrace, perfect for evening gatherings and barbecues.
