Description

The holiday studiois located in Marcana in the Istria region of Croatia. The studio is on the outskirts of the village with around 1000 inhabitants, in quiet surroundings suitable for 2+1 persons. The studio is a part of a private house and has its own separate entrance on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed for 2 people, satellite SMART TV, and a small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. WIFI, air-conditioning and a washing machine are provided free of charge. All windows have mosquito nets. There is a space with table and chairs in front of the studio. Parking is just across the street. Smoking is not permitted inside the studio, only outside. Pets are not allowed. There are shops 400 meters away, the sea is 8km and the town of Pula 13km away. It is just a five-minute drive to Pula airport. You can go walking through nature, as there are many hiking trails in the forest. There are also cycle paths and riding possibilities, with a horse ranch just a few kilometers away. The beaches are not overcrowded in summer, as there are plenty of pebbled and stone beaches, as well as hidden little bays. There are no official beaches for dogs. The sea is clean and warm during the summer months. A Istria peninsula is a great place for exploring the old and small towns in the hills, as well as the beautiful nature and the summer festivals. You can also enjoy the delicious local wine and food specialties.
