One part of the ground floor is not rented to tourists, as house owners reside there over the summer. They do not use the private garden with a pool and summer kitchen, as that part is only for guests. The large property offers a private pool, a wood-burning grill, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table, a garden, and 3 parking spaces. The owners live on the ground floor of the house, guests have a private entrance. Guests share with the owners only the parking lot.
