The lovely holiday house is located in Istria on the hills of Momjan. The terrace in front of the entrance to the house is covered and equipped with table and chairs. The 800 m² site includes also a garden as well as a pool, both for your exclusive use. The large garden has a convenient outdoor kitchen with a sink, worktop, grill and hob. You can use the table tennis table in the garden. There are three free car parking spaces behind the house. The house is completely enclosed. The house with 95m² of living space is on two floors and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room. The ground floor has a large entrance area into the living room with two sofas, a couch and a TV. The couch can be used as a bed (160 x 200cm) on request and at a supplementary charge. A cot (up to the age of 3 years) is available on request. The fully-equipped kitchen is also on the ground floor, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower. The house has a little laundry room with a washing machine, a sink, an iron and a vacuum cleaner, which you are welcome to use. The first floor comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. The first floor also has a further bathroom with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and bath. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer. The house is air-conditioned and the sleeping rooms have an additional ceiling fan. Wi-Fi reception is available throughout the house free of charge. You can request a cot for a toddler up to three years free of charge. Although the holiday house is quietly situated, there are grocery shops, hiking trails and the sea within easy access. The nearest grocery shop, cafes and restaurants are a kilometre away. The golf course is 10km away and the sea 13km. Owing to its fertile soil, Momjan is an optimal cultivation area for vineyards and olive groves. The rustic holiday house is in a quiet and idyllic location amidst nature. You can read, relax or do yoga under the trees here and admire the beautiful open starry sky at night. There is a gravel track about 500 metres long to the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed throughout the property. Three E-Mountainbikes and a normal Mountainbike are available for the guests for an additional charge.
