These two light and spacious holiday apartments are within walking distance of the beach in a quiet residential area in the little coastal town of Petrcane along the sunny Adriatic coast of Dalmatia, above the historical harbour town of Zadar.
The apartments are in a two-storey residential house from the year 1980 that consists of a total of three apartments, of which two are let out as holiday accommodation, while the third is occupied by the owner.
Down in the enclosed green garden, an extensive sun terrace with a traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
Although the owner is always mindful of your privacy, he is available to assist with any queries.
The apartments are a little less than 150 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about 300 metres to the centre of Petrcane with shops and good gastronomy. The nearest shops, cafes and restaurants are only about 100 metres away. You should definitely make time to visit the historical harbour town of Zadar about 12km away.
DIVA PUNTA SKALA,2 BEDROOMS This apartment is situated in tourist place Punta Skala, Petrcane only 12 km from Zadar. Large sliding glass doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny balcony with a table and chairs. You can enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts here with an extensive view over the deep blue Adriatic. The 50m² fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday apartment on the first floor of a two-storey residential house consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa with two matching armchairs, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels, and a dining table with four chairs. The white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, and a toilet. The house also has a washing machine for shared use. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.
