The two-storey, well-appointed villa with a private pool is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends that will enjoy the stunning sea views, the easy walking distance to the nearest beach (150m), and the fact that it's still far enough from other properties or traffic - so you can completely enjoy your peaceful piece of paradise in quiet. From your private swimming pool and the two large verandas, you'll have a splendid view over the Adriatic sea that stretches all the way to nearby islands and offers a chance to experience unique, enchanting sunsets. The traditional stone BBQ behind the villa is terrific for preparing some fresh fish from the nearby seafood market, using the Mediterranean herbs and vegetables available in the garden. This stress-free environment is perfect for anyone who wants to relax away from the hectic everyday life and see why Dalmatia is so popular on many must-visit lists. The 220 square meters of the villa can accommodate up to eight persons. All rooms provide comfort, spaciousness, and style. There are: - 4 double bedrooms - 3 bathrooms - 2 fully equipped kitchens - dining rooms and living rooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Apart from its cultural heritage, wine, and olives, small tourist town of Podstrana is also known for its culinary offer and beautiful pebble beaches which stretch for 9km. The villa is an excellent base to explore the fantastic variety of attractions that the region has to offer: Diocletian’s Palace in Split; the cities of Trogir and Omiš; a ferry ride to the extraordinary Croatian islands like Hvar, Brac, Šolta, Vis or Korcula. Villa Diana is built and owned by our small family which will be there to give you a warm welcome, and we'll be happy to be at your disposal during the whole time of your stay.
