Description
The apartment is on the second floor of a three-storey house and is on a quiet street in Podstrana Split.
Enjoy your breakfast on one of the three balconies. The south-facing balcony is fitted with an awning and affords a wonderful view. The whole outdoor area is tiled with mosaic and a grill awaits you for sociable grill evenings. There are eight parking spaces right by the house.
The fully-equipped kitchen is open towards the living and dining room, forming a large room of around 60m². The lounge area is comfortably furnished and provides an artificial leather sofa, which can be folded out as a bed for two people. There are also three bedrooms with a total of two double beds (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is in a separate room. On hot summer days, the air conditioning cools the apartment down. A child’s travel bed can be provided on request.
In the immediate vicinity you can find supermarkets, a pharmacy, a playground and a bakery. The beach is about 300 metres away and it is about 500 metres to cafes, restaurants and bars. You can hire boats or jetskis at the beach. The town centre of Split is about 6km away and easy to get to by bus. There are also good bus connections to Omis and Makarska.
The owner also lives in the house and greets all guests with a welcome buffet. There are also fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden on site. Free wireless Internet access is available.
