The neighborhood is really lovely. Sea and mountains are nearby. You can go hiking in the mountains, swimming in the sea or just relax on the property. We would recommend visiting Diocletian palace in Split. It is 1700 years old and has extraordinary architecture. If you want to go to caffe bars or restaurants they are just 400 metres away, mainly on the beach. Nearby there is a hotel complex with tennis courts and spa and if you want to go golfing there is a golf course 2 km's away. The villa is really family friendly. There is a kids room located on the second floor. Also there are two baby cots and two baby highchairs.
