Enjoy a refreshing breeze by the Pomer bay, streaked with fragrant pine forests that provide natural shade along the beaches of the blue Adriatic. The house with modern and comfortable furnishing is on a very quiet residential estate, just a few minutes’ walk from a child-friendly pebbled beach. Some rooms open onto the extensive furnished loggias on the first and second floors. On the second floor you can enjoy a view over the green surroundings as far as the sea. In the front part of the fully enclosed garden there is a roofed sitting corner with lounge furniture, inviting you to enjoy a leisurely grill evening. The garden also has a sitting area for up to twelve people, for meals at sunset. The illuminated pool in the background ensures romantic and relaxing moments. The ca. 29m² swimming pool has a kids’ area a maximum of 40cm deep, ideal for playing and splashing around. Please note that children should only use the pool supervised, as it is right next to the pool around 1.30m deep. Within the pool there is a hydromassage bench for up to six people. Then you can warm up on the sun loungers around the pool. Table football and a darts board provide entertainment outdoors. There are private outdoor parking spaces for up to three cars. Your holiday accommodation provides around 270m² of living space, with air conditioning and heating throughout, along with underfloor heating. The house provides all the necessary comfort for a relaxing holiday. The spacious, light rooms include two living rooms, two fully-equipped and modern kitchens with a dining space, six bedrooms and five light bathrooms, of which four are ensuite. Four of the six bedrooms are each furnished with a kingsize double bed (160cm wide), while the two other bedrooms each have a double bed 180cm wide. The bathrooms are all fitted with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. There is a separate laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer for use free of charge. The nearest grocery shop is about 500 metres away. Owing to the location by a shade pine forest, you can go jogging after getting up. It is only about 250 metres to a fenced football and basketball ground and a little further to a volleyball court. It is the same distance to a playground or the child-friendly pebbled beach, with a range of water sports. A nearby highlight is Kap Kamenjak, only about 3km away and has crystal clear sea, steep cliffs and diving possibilities. It is also just a short drive to the town Pula, a witness to around 3000 years of ancient culture and history, with the famous Roman amphitheatre, the Pula arena, as a landmark. Three bicycles are available for use free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the accommodation.
