There is a beautiful roofed terrace with a large table and seating for eight people. Outside there are also an outdoor grill fireplace and a comfortable lounge seating group, from which one can enjoy a lovely view over the pool towards the sea. All the rooms are air conditioned and there is central heating. There is a leisure room in the basement with a pool table. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. All the bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom. One additional small child under four years old can be accommodated. The pool measures 8 x 4m and has a counterflow system and solar heating. All three rooms in the attic have their own balcony with a sea view.
